iPing connects your own WhatsApp Business number to one shared inbox. Reply as a team, send approved templates, run campaigns — with the account, the data and the Meta bill staying in your name.

Flip the switch to see what changes.
Whoever holds it is the only one who can reply. Customers wait when they're off, sick or gone.
A shared inboxEveryone you grant access to sees the same conversations and can reply. Nobody waits for the phone.
Nobody else can see what was promised. No way to hand a conversation to a colleague.
Everything on recordEvery message kept, every reply attributed, assignment in one click.
Order confirmations and reminders sent one at a time — hours a week.
Approved templatesOrder, dispatch, reminder and renewal templates — sent to one person or a whole list, in seconds.
When the employee leaves, the customers go with the phone.
A business number the business ownsThe number lives in your WhatsApp Business Account. People come and go; the number and its history stay.
Some providers create the WhatsApp account in their own name. Leaving means migrating a number and losing history.
An account in your nameYou connect through Meta's own sign-up. It sits in your Meta portfolio. Disconnect iPing any time — nothing on Meta changes.
Your customers don't change anything. They still just message your number.
One inbox per number. Assign, reply, attach, use quick replies — with read and delivery status on every message and the sender's name on every reply.
/shortcutsBuild templates that pass review the first time, preview them on a phone, then send to one customer or a whole list — now or scheduled.
Your WhatsApp Business Account, your numbers, your templates, your Meta bill — all visible, all yours. Decide who on your team sees which number.
Illustrative screens with fictional sample data. The real thing looks like this.

Meta's Embedded Signup. You pick the WhatsApp Business Account, you verify the number by OTP, you grant iPing access. We never see your Meta password.
WhatsApp lets a business reply freely to anyone who messaged it in the last 24 hours. After that — or to start a conversation — you send a template Meta has approved. Most tools let you discover this when a send fails. iPing shows it on every contact, thread and composer.
Try it: drag to set how long ago the customer last messaged you.
22 hours left to reply with anything you like.
You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's own sign-up flow. It sits in your Meta portfolio, not ours. Disconnect iPing tomorrow and nothing on Meta changes.
Meta bills conversations to your account, at Meta's rate. iPing shows that bill by category, separate from the subscription. No per-message markup — we never touch the Meta bill.
Shared inbox, access per number, every reply attributed, templates and campaigns with reporting down to the individual recipient.
Every campaign lists every recipient: status, whether they replied, when, and the exact text they received.
Character counters, every header and button type with Meta's exact limits, 29 languages, a live preview, and a warning when a template won't render on WhatsApp desktop.
An organisation role plus a grant per number. A junior sees only the support line; an agency runs five brands from one login.
On the contact row, the contact record, the conversation and the composer — each time with one line on what it means for your next message.
Your iPing subscription and your Meta conversation bill shown separately — the Meta side split by marketing, utility, authentication and service, with payment history.
Your account, number and templates live on Meta in your name. Your contacts export any time. Leaving iPing is a click, not a migration.
Most platforms sold to Indian businesses are Business Solution Providers: they create and hold the WhatsApp account and pay Meta on your behalf. iPing is a Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform: you connect your own account and pay Meta directly. Tap a row to see why it matters.
| Typical provider (BSP model) | iPing (Tech Provider model) | |
|---|---|---|
| Who owns the WhatsApp Business Account | Often created in the provider's portfolio and shared with you | Your own Meta portfolio. iPing is granted access |
| Ownership decides who can log in to Meta and see the asset, who can move it, and what happens when the relationship ends. If it isn't in your portfolio, it isn't fully yours. | ||
| Who pays Meta | The provider, on its credit line — re-billed to you in tiers | You, directly, on your own payment method |
| Paying Meta directly means Meta's invoice is your invoice. There is no bundle to decode and no provider in between to set the rate. | ||
| Markup on Meta's per-conversation rate | Common | None — iPing never handles the Meta bill |
| A markup is only possible when the provider sits between you and Meta's bill. iPing doesn't, so there is nothing to mark up. | ||
| Visibility of the real Meta cost | Usually bundled, not itemised | Itemised by category at Meta's rate, with history |
| Marketing, utility, authentication and service conversations cost different amounts. Seeing the split tells you which campaigns are worth it. | ||
| Campaign reporting | Campaign-level percentages | Every recipient: status, reply, exact text sent |
| Percentages are for dashboards. Rows are for the moment a customer disputes what you sent. | ||
| Team access | Flat agent roles | Organisation role + access per number |
| Separate numbers for support, sales and wholesale only work if you can decide who sees which. | ||
| Leaving | Migrate the number to a new account; history stays behind | Disconnect iPing. Account, number and templates unchanged on Meta |
| Migrating a WhatsApp number between accounts involves two-factor resets, OTPs and re-registering templates. Not having to is the point. | ||

When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account, Meta provides iPing with your incoming messages, delivery and read status, your message templates and your phone-number details. iPing uses this only to show your team your own conversations, send your replies, and manage your own templates.
Full details: Privacy Policy · Terms & Conditions. Messaging charges are billed by Meta to your own WhatsApp Business Account; the iPing subscription is billed separately.
No. You connect a number you own. It can be a number already on the WhatsApp Business app, or a fresh one. During connection Meta verifies it with a one-time code sent to that number.
You do. It sits in your own Meta business portfolio. iPing is granted access to operate it on your behalf; you can revoke that access from Meta's settings at any time.
No, and neither can anyone else on the WhatsApp Business Platform. You can reply freely to anyone who has messaged you in the last 24 hours. To start a conversation, you send an approved template to someone who has opted in to hear from you. iPing enforces this so your number's quality rating stays high.
Two parts. Meta charges per conversation, billed to your own WhatsApp Business Account at Meta's rate — iPing shows these charges month by month. iPing charges a subscription based on team size and numbers. Book a demo and we'll walk you through both.
Yes — that's the point. Everyone you grant access to sees the shared inbox for that number, and every reply is attributed to the person who sent it.
Yes. Connect several numbers under one organisation and decide who sees which. Each number keeps its own inbox, templates and quality rating.
No. They message your number as they always have. Nothing changes on their side.
If the WhatsApp Business Account is in your own Meta portfolio, usually yes — connect it and go. If your provider created the account in their portfolio, the number has to be migrated to an account in your name first. We'll walk you through it.
No, and we don't claim to be. iPing is a Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform — built by a Meta-verified business on Meta's published developer platform — but we are not a Meta Business Partner. In practice that's what lets you own the account and pay Meta directly.
Export your contacts from iPing at any time. Your WhatsApp Business Account, number and templates stay with you in Meta's systems — disconnecting iPing doesn't affect them.
iPing is new. It was designed and built in 2026 by a small team working AI-first — AI in the engineering loop from the first line of code, so we ship in weeks what used to take quarters, and fix in hours what used to wait for a release.
That shows up in the product as focus: no decade of bolted-on features, no five pricing tiers to decode, no account held in someone else's name. One inbox, templates that pass review, campaigns you can audit, access you control.
Inbox, templates, campaigns, contacts, team access, API. Nothing half-built.
Ask for something in a demo; there's a fair chance it's live before you've finished onboarding.
Tech Provider model from day one. We never hold your WhatsApp account or your Meta bill.
We say what isn't built yet. Automation is on the roadmap; a shared inbox you can trust is here now.
A 20-minute walkthrough with the iPing team. We'll connect a test number, send a template, and show you the inbox your team would use. No commitment.
